  • Removal of all existing porch and deck materials

  • Safe demolition procedures to protect the residence and surrounding areas

  • Clearing of debris and site leveling

2. Structural Footings & Supports

  • Excavation for new footings to meet updated load requirements

  • Installation of properly reinforced concrete footings

  • Ensured alignment with code‑required spacing, depth, and frost line tolerances

3. Full Rebuild

  • Construction of a new front wood porch matching the original footprint

  • Reconstruction of a new rear wood deck using modern, durable materials

  • Installation of new framing, decking, railings, guards, and steps

4. Finalization

  • Quality inspection, safety verification, and project close‑out

  • Completed within 10 working days, demonstrating efficient coordination between architectural, engineering, and construction teams
