At the core of this renovation was the goal of transforming a multi-level unit into a turnkey, modern residence. Angstrom focused on balancing structural integrity with aesthetic refinement, ensuring every technical upgrade, from subflooring to high-efficiency climate control, served the ultimate comfort of the future inhabitants.

Design Concept
Serving as the general contractor, Angstrom executed an extensive scope of work to revitalize this multi-level space. The renovation began with foundational improvements, including new subfloors and high-efficiency mechanical systems, including a new furnace and water heater.
Architectural details were meticulously updated with new windows, interior and fire-rated entry doors, and a complete package of new flooring, baseboards, and trim. The result is a structurally sound, energy-efficient home finished to a high contemporary standard.

By managing a tight three-month timeline, we successfully delivered a refreshed, high-quality living environment ready for immediate occupancy.
