As part of a CHA-awarded rehabilitation contract, our team was tasked with transforming a fully deteriorated single-family residence into a safe and livable home. Upon initial inspection, the property showed extreme deterioration, destroyed interior rooms, missing windows, roof exposure allowing weather and debris inside, and significant structural damage. Our role was to completely rebuild the residence to meet modern standards of safety, comfort, and durability.

Installation of all new flooring, tiling, doors, cabinetry, and fixtures
High‑efficiency insulation upgrades throughout
Exterior roofing, masonry repairs, porch reconstruction, and gutter installation
A cohesive, modern finish palette selected for durability and long-term performance
