Adam is a seasoned leader with nearly 30 years of experience spanning retail, theme parks, hospitality, and multi-family residential projects. A licensed architect and construction manager, he excels as an owner’s representative, guiding multidisciplinary teams through every phase of development—from early feasibility and site due diligence to competitive bidding and final project close-out. His career has taken him across North America and around the globe, leading integrated design and delivery teams in the UAE, KSA, Canada, China, and Kazakhstan.

Adam holds a Master’s degree in Architecture & Real Estate Development from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture & Construction Management from the Illinois Institute of Technology. With a focus on risk mitigation, cost modeling, and quality control, he is dedicated to ensuring that every project meets the highest standards of scope and schedule.
